Riper and mildly exotic aromas feature notes of white peach, dried apricot, melon and citrus confit. The delicious, concentrated and palate drenching flavors brim with dry extract that imparts a seductive texture and buffers the bitter lemon rind-inflected acidity supporting the firm but not austere finale. Vide Bourse rarely drinks well young and thus I would advise holding this excellent effort for at least 5 years first.
